Nordic meeting 2024
Fyns Grafiske Værksted has had the pleasure of hosting this year's Nordic meeting for printmaking studios.
We have had 2 subject for the meeting; Sustainability and knowledge-sharingThis time, in addition to the presentations from the participants, there was a "Print Battle", where the participants tested some of the different materials that are new to the graphic market and more sustainable. The result was exhibited at Funen Printmaking Studio in October in the exhibition room on the 1st floor. There was free access during opening hours for everyone to view the results.
In this way, we hope to be able to document that the new materials can be used and how they are best used.
We had visitors from Iceland, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Sweden, Estonia, Norway and Canada, in addition to Denmark.
The Meeting was supported by the Nordic Culture Fond, which is supported by The Nordic Council of Ministers
New Wall-Painting
In April a new grafic wallpainting was revealed in Odense.
In teh backyard of Funen Printmaking Studio a big wall was reveal .
